Today, July 4, Ukraine and Denmark signed an agreement that provides Ukrainian defense companies with the opportunity to export their own technologies for production.
The corresponding agreement was signed in Copenhagen by the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, Herman Smetanin, and the Minister of Industry of Denmark, Morten Bødskov.
Smetanin called this agreement historic and noted: "This is a unique case of international cooperation for the Ukrainian defense industry. Denmark is a true friend for the Ukrainian defense industry, our faithful ally in the fight against the aggressor."
A year ago, Denmark was the first to start financing weapons production by Ukrainian companies. Today, it has become the first country to which our weapons manufacturers will be able to export their own defense technologies for production, scaling up, and supply to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
