How they paid taxes in 2025, said Danylo Hetmantsev, chairman of the Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
1,330 companies in «Diia.City» have chosen the tax regime on withdrawn capital (PnVK), Getmantsev reports. This is 39,1% of the total number of active residents. Of these, 526 companies switched to PnVK last year, but there were those that refused — 83. In general, the share of PnVK payers decreased by 8.3 percentage points over 2025.
In 2025, residents paid UAH 31.5 billion to the budget (excluding the Social Security Tax), which is UAH 13.7 billion more than last year. Part of this amount — UAH 16.8 billion — was provided by the payers of the State Social Security Tax. This is UAH 7.7 billion more than in 2024.

«As we can see, business has weighed all the pros and cons and recognized the regular income tax as a more rational choice than the PnVK. The final results on this indicator will be clear by the end of the year,» added Hetmantsev.
