Which of the residents of "Diya.City" has the highest income: Defense Tech companies are among the leaders

The BRDO Office of Effective Regulation analyzed the development of "Diya.City" in 2024.
According to him, as of December 2024, there were 1,396 residents in "Diya.City", 33.4% of whom are startups. In total, 889 new companies joined the special tax regime last year. In particular, the number of those engaged in technological developments in the defense sector has increased.
The largest number of residents is in Kyiv — 761 and Lviv region — 204. Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions follow with a small margin: 69 and 61 residents, respectively. Kyiv region also entered the top five — 40.
Leaders by revenue in "Diya.City": companies and regions
According to the results of the study, three Defense Tech companies entered the top five leaders among residents in terms of revenue in 2024, second only to service giants.
- GlobalLogic (11.7 billion UAH in revenue);
- EPAM Systems (7.5 billion UAH);
- drone supplier SCREENTECH (UAH 6 billion);
- drone manufacturer Taf Drones (UAH 5 billion);
- also a drone manufacturer Ukrspecsystems (4.5 billion UAH).
If we talk about regions by income , the top three leaders include:
- Kyiv — UAH 127.7 billion or 69%. The largest residents include the aforementioned GlobalLogic, EPAM Systems, and SCREENTECH;
- Lviv region — UAH 18.8 billion or 10%. The largest residents are legal entities of the SoftServe group of companies and the UAV manufacturer Gurzuf Defense;
- Odesa region — UAH 9 billion or 5%. The largest residents are the UAV manufacturer "Tekhavtofart Yuzhden", the operator of the online auto parts store "Avtodok Ukraine", and the digital agency Netpeak.
Recall that among the largest taxpayers in 2024 are Monobank, FAVBET Tech, SoftServe, Ukrainian Processing Center (a card transaction processing company), and EPAM Systems.
It is also already known that in the first three months of 2025, residents of "Diya.City" paid over 8 billion UAH in taxes.
