Two days of opportunities at Diya.City: Startup Day and GO United!

The Ukrainian tech ecosystem is rapidly developing even in the most difficult times. Startups, investors, experts and industry leaders are coming together to build the future together. On February 6 and 7, Diya.City will be a meeting place for those who are shaping the new technological reality of Ukraine.

February 6 — Startup Day at Diya.City in a meetup format

It’s a day when startups meet with investors and experts to pitch their ideas, find mentors, and get useful feedback. The event will be an ideal networking opportunity, as the program includes intensive presentations, pitches, and real-life cases from successful founders.

Keynote speakers and insights from experts.
Pitch grilling is a format when startups present their product to investors.
Fireside chat/case study — informal conversations with startup founders.
Workshops — practical training for startups (emphasis on growth strategy, communications, and entering global markets).
Office hours — personal meetings with donors, venture funds, and innovation departments of companies.
Networking — exchanging contacts, new partnerships

We invite communicators and CEOs of companies and startups to a workshop by Yaryna Bila, Head of Communications EdEra and head of EdComms Agency by EdEra, on how to competently present your product, attract journalists, and interest investors. Yaryna will share life hacks on building a personal brand for the CEO and team, as well as effective digital communications that will help a startup become recognizable.

February 07 — GO United: Diia.City Anniversary

Exactly one year ago, GO United was created — a community that unites technology companies, startups and investors working in Diya.City. Over this time, it has become a powerful platform for cooperation, exchange of experience and creation of new opportunities for the development of the technology sector in Ukraine.

What will happen at the event?

Keynote speakers — speeches by top international and Ukrainian speakers with interactive elements.
Hardtalk — candid conversations from representatives of the Ukrainian government and tech entrepreneurs.
Speeches by participants of the Diia.City United Strategic Council
Pitch Grilling is the finale of the startup competition and awarding of the winners.
FuckUp Night — honest stories of failure from entrepreneurs in a humorous format.
