In an interview with DOU, he emphasized that Ukraine is currently a priority region for the tech giant.
«We are currently opening new vacancies in Ukraine. We are looking for a Data AI specialist. Another vacancy will open in a few days. That is, we are ready to hire in Ukraine. Since we work in Central Europe, we also have vacancies in Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Romania,» he said.
At the same time, Polupan said that Microsoft has now moved away from traditional internships. «We offer a wide range of tools and resources for developing various skills through platforms such as Microsoft Learning, GitHub or LinkedIn Learning. Thus, any Ukrainian has access to over 600 courses covering many different topics. The Ukrainian language is supported in Copilot, this happened back in the spring in one of the first waves. That is, there has been a transition to those formats that allow the largest possible number of people to gain new knowledge and skills,» he explained.
