e-points 2.0: The Government is improving the "Army of Drones.Bonus" incentive program
From now on, units will be able to use the earned "e-points" to order codified UAVs, ground robotic complexes, electronic warfare equipment, as well as uncodified FPV drones of Ukrainian production directly through the Brave1 Market with authorization in the DELTA system.
From now on, units will be able to use the earned "e-points" to order codified UAVs, ground robotic complexes, electronic warfare equipment, as well as uncodified FPV drones of Ukrainian production directly through the Brave1 Market with authorization in the DELTA system.
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution that significantly improves the “Drone Army.Bonus” program, introducing a new system of motivation and accumulation of points for military units for verified destruction of enemy targets. This initiative, also known as “e-points”, is designed to increase the effectiveness of combat operations and expand the units’ access to modern Ukrainian technologies.
"The Drone Army.Bonus program has become a game changer for this war. Thanks to gamification, competition has emerged between units, and we have begun to receive high-quality data from the battlefield and understand the mathematics of war. From now on, units will be able to order codified UAVs, NRCs, electronic warfare equipment, as well as uncodified FPV drones from Ukrainian manufacturers in the Brave1 Market with the earned points. This will allow units to increase efficiency and receive even more technologies," said the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.
Key changes and benefits
Brave1 is now verifying the hits that the military enters into the DELTA system . This will allow not only to record and collect hit statistics, but also to prepare analytics on the effectiveness of the use of technologies on the front.
Military units will be able to exchange earned combat points for codified UAVs, ground robotic complexes and electronic warfare equipment, as well as uncodified FPVs in the Brave1 Market , a secure environment of the DELTA system .
An authorized person, who is designated by the unit as responsible for purchasing e-points , will be able to log in to their Brave1 Market account via DELTA, see the balance of the unit's points, and order equipment for them.
Brave1 Market will separately mark products available for purchase with e-points . These are those whose manufacturers have been qualified by the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense and with whom it has concluded preliminary framework agreements.
After ordering through the Brave1 Market catalog in DELTA, it will automatically be added to the DOT-Chain Defense digital system.
The AOZ will conclude agreements, make payments, and manage logistics . All documents will be generated online in DOT-Chain Defence — from concluding a contract and generating invoices to acceptance and transfer certificates.
Units will be able to place an order for the new model starting in August 2025 — both for battle points earned during June and for those that were not used earlier.
Recently, dev.ua told how the DOT-Chain Defence weapons marketplace works . It is noted that the first 10 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to order FPV drones through the IT system of the State Logistics Operator for UAH 1 billion.
Earlier, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the pseudonym "Vedmid" in an interview with dev.ua told how the first version of "e-points" worked . The serviceman noted the advantages and disadvantages of this incentive system.
