The top manager admits that he asks himself the question of market reformatting every day, because he wants to understand how to act personally. «And I have children growing up, they are in school, they will need to do something,» he says in an interview with Forbes.
I ask myself this question every day, because According to Leonid, the first to disappear are junior positions related to working with data: collecting information, preparing reports, summaries or notes after meetings. «AI is already effectively automating all this,» he argues.
According to Polupan, a new gap is currently forming in the market: they don’t want to hire beginners because their functions are being replaced by technology, while companies need specialists who can work with AI and enhance business processes with it. «These are the people who are becoming the most needed in the market,» the IT expert noted.
He advises following the development of AI tools, constantly testing them, and building competence in working with the technology. «Anyone who supplements their efficiency with artificial intelligence automatically enters the pool of the most sought-after candidates — and this is confirmed by hiring statistics,» he explained.
Polupan noted that technology should not be ignored. «We often wait for a ready-made case that can be repeated — but there is no need to wait. Take the technology and experiment,» he says.
In his opinion, AI is not a tool, but a way of thinking. «If you train yourself and your company’s employees to understand what this technology can do, you will do most things based on the capabilities of technology. And you will improve not one process, but all at the same time,» the top manager noted.
Those cases, Leonid added, that have worked in other companies, even if they are similar to yours, will not necessarily work for you. It all depends on the quality of the data, how it is formed, and where it is located.
