One more offline procedure less and without the CCC: from April 1, MMCs resolutions will be issued in electronic format
From April 1, the Military Medical Commissions (MMCs) resolutions will be issued in electronic form. For this purpose, an electronic MMCs cabinet has been introduced in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (MIS ASU). This is the second procedure related to MMCs that has been transferred to the «online» mode. The possibility of obtaining MMCs in paper form remains.
From April 1, the Military Medical Commissions (MMCs) resolutions will be issued in electronic form. For this purpose, an electronic MMCs cabinet has been introduced in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (MIS ASU). This is the second procedure related to MMCs that has been transferred to the «online» mode. The possibility of obtaining MMCs in paper form remains.
«From April 1, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching an electronic office for employees of military medical commissions. Now, after the MMCs examinations, the conclusions will be issued exclusively in electronic form in the medical information system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This will allow our citizens not to go to the TCC with a resolution on suitability or unsuitability,» said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, on the air of the «United News» telethon, writes ArmyInform.
The information will be sent electronically immediately to the «Oberig» registry, and will also be displayed in «Reserve+».
«Now there is a completely established electronic interaction between the MMCs electronic office, „Oberig“ and „Rezerv+“. And you will see your status regarding the medical part immediately in your „Rezerv+“ application. And you will not have to deal with papers,» added Kateryna Chernogorenko.
Thus, electronic referrals to the Military Service Corps from the «Oberig» register of military conscripts will automatically be sent to the Military Service Corps office, and Military Service Corps resolutions will automatically be sent to the «Oberig» register and will be displayed faster in the Reserve+ application. Resolutions regarding military personnel will be stored in the MIS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — this will soon simplify receiving payments, benefits, and services, the Ministry of Health noted .
All documents issued previously will remain valid. If someone wants to receive the MMCs decision in paper form, there will be such an opportunity.
Online registration of MMCs conclusions is a continuation of the first stage of the reform, designed to make military medical examination as convenient, fast, and transparent as possible. The reform involves digitalization of procedures and improvement of the regulatory framework.
Recall that initially, electronic referral to the MMCs was implemented via a mobile application.
In the third stage of digitalization of the Military Service, doctors will review anonymized cases of those liable for military service. This should reduce corruption risks
