An electronic military registration document has been launched in the Army+ mobile application, which completely replaces paper counterparts. From now on, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service (SSTS) can quickly confirm their status directly via the smartphone screen.

From now on, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service (SSTS) can quickly confirm their status directly via the smartphone screen.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense. The new document is formed automatically, downloading current information from specialized state digital systems and registers.
The digital military registration document can be used in military units, at checkpoints and roadblocks. It is also an official confirmation of status when interacting with the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC and SP), the Military Law Enforcement Service (VSP), representatives of the National Police, and in any government institutions and organizations.
Access to the new feature will be available to users gradually as the application is updated.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine presented the «Army+» application in August 2024 to relieve the military of paper bureaucracy. First of all, the service introduced electronic reports that have legal force, and later the functionality was expanded with training courses, surveys, and other useful digital tools for Ukrainian soldiers.
At the end of June 2026, Army+ began testing a new approach to military transfers.
