Evolve Dynamics recalled that in 2024 they opened a Ukrainian legal entity for a permanent presence in the Ukrainian market and support for their local team.

Evolve Dynamics has continued to develop this direction and is now opening a new office in Kyiv to expand cooperation with Ukrainian engineers, operators, and partners in the miltech industry.
The company was founded in 2016 «in response to the Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014.» Evolve Dynamics focuses on providing support to the Ukrainian military with small UAVs and its flagship platform, the Sky Mantis.
In 2024, the company reported having over 50 employees in the UK and a further 20 team members in Ukraine. At that time, Evolve Dynamics launched its new SKY MANTIS 2 drone, the technology of which was developed and field-tested in Ukraine, on the international market.
The new Kyiv office will support engineering and operations activities and conduct flight tests to establish closer cooperation with Ukrainian users and manufacturers.

The Kyiv team will work closely with Ukrainian engineers and operators to accelerate the development of drones capable of operating in electronic warfare and GPS-free environments.
According to Mykhailo Buss, director of Evolve Dynamics Ukraine, the company’s expanded presence in Kyiv allows it to «contribute to the growing Ukrainian defense innovation ecosystem.»
Earlier, the founder of the NGO «Center for Aerial Intelligence Support» Maria Berlinska spoke about the competition of Ukrainian drone technologies with Western developments in the Persian Gulf countries. She noted that Western manufacturers come to Ukraine, test products in combat conditions and receive feedback from Ukrainians. Subsequently, they refine their products and sell them as a proven solution.
