In November 2025, the volume of exports of IT services from Ukraine amounted to $543 million. This is $9 million (–4.24%) less than in October, when the figure reached $566 million. At the same time, the result of November this year exceeds the figure for the same month in 2024 — then IT exports amounted to $520 million.

In total, over the first 11 months of 2025, Ukrainian IT exports reached $5.97 billion, which is $141 million more than in the same period in 2024 ($5.83 billion). Such data was published by the National Bank of Ukraine.
For comparison, in November 2023, exports of IT services amounted to $564 million, in 2022 — $580 million, and in pre-war 2021 the figure was significantly higher — $675 million.
Since the beginning of 2025, the volume of IT services exports has fallen below $500 million only once — in January. Subsequently, the figure has remained steadily above this level and has not fallen below $526 million. The highest result of the year was recorded in April — $569 million.
Despite a moderate decline in November, the overall dynamics at the end of the year indicate a cautious recovery and stabilization of IT exports against the backdrop of war and global market turbulence.
