Ukrainian military intelligence software developer Farsight Vision has attracted funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC). The program is the EU's flagship innovation initiative under the Horizon Europe grant project.
According to the company, the funds held will help accelerate product development, strengthen the company's technology base, and further implement solutions aimed at meeting practical security needs.
The EIC is Europe's flagship innovation programme with a budget of €10.1 billion, supporting innovative technologies from early research stages to global scale.
Farsight Vision does not disclose the amount of funding, but, for example, in April, the Ukrainian startup INPUT SOFT, which creates software for airports, raised €500,000 from the EIC.
In general, in 2025, it was reported that Ukrainian startups would be able to receive grants ranging from 300,000 to 500,000 euros.
Recall that Farsight Vision develops software based on computer vision and geospatial analysis for military intelligence. The company specializes in tools that help analyze video and images from drones, automate object search and work with intelligence data. The new FSV Localizer extends these capabilities, allowing you to determine the location of enemy UAVs only from video from their cameras.
