Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the introduction of a voice assistant to which you can complain about poor-quality government services.
"We are thinking about such a service when, say, citizens will be able to shake their phone - a voice assistant appears and you can dictate where you are (in which queue for public services - ed.) and what problem is bothering you," the minister said.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, such a problem falls into a certain category of a certain ministry. After that, the minister or employees of the ministry receive a push notification through "Diya.Office" that there is a certain problem in this area that the citizen is facing.
"It would be ideal to then rank state bodies based on citizen feedback. Every official needs such feedback so that they live in the same reality as citizens who receive services. Such a service can be added to "Diya," the minister concluded.
Recall that in December 2023 it became known that the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution allowing the launch of the "Diya.Office" service for officials. In the first stages, the service is planned to be used as a tool for authorizing officials and a means of communication with citizens. In the future, "Diya.Office" will have data on the goals of each ministry and the government as a whole. Also, the Ministry of Digital, which is engaged in the new project, plans to launch a service based on the application, which will assess the effectiveness and KPIs of those in power.
