This was announced during the national marathon broadcast by Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology — Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, UNN reports.
«We see that even in the beta test, we are achieving our goals — to simplify bureaucracy for teachers, to make parents even more interested in their children’s education and help them develop their educational trajectory, and children also receive convenient functions in their smartphone, where they do not need to waste their time and look for various tasks,» explained Fedorov.
According to him, during the beta test, participating schools submitted 560,000 grades in the application, 4,000 «pencil» grades (this option allows you to submit a grade and then change it), and teachers used the calendar-thematic plan 246,000 times.
Parents, in turn, checked their children’s learning results in the application 120,000 times.
Fedorov noted that he considers it important that the testing of Mriya took place throughout Ukraine, including in front-line regions.
«In fact, we realized that it was working well and that it needed to be improved,» the minister added.
According to him, several thousand schools will join the Mriya application next year, and functionality is currently being developed that will allow kindergartens and universities to also use the application.
«We are currently working on preschool, this is our priority. After we can finally implement secondary education, and then we will take on universities,» the minister noted.
Recall that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the educational application «Mriya» for Ukrainian schoolchildren, their parents, and teachers on September 1 last year.
In February of this year, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced that the Cabinet of Ministers had approved regulations on the functioning of the educational application «Mriya».
