Ukrainian defense company Fire Point showed updated FP-1 and FP-2 drones at the Eurosatory-2026 international arms exhibition in Paris.
The main change is a new monoplane with an integrated fuel tank, which significantly increased the range of both drones, reports Oboronka.
The FP-1 Deepstrike can now hit targets at a distance of up to 2,700 km, up from 1,650 km in the previous version.
The FP-2 «Middlestrike» with a 200 kg warhead covers a range of 370 km, and with the previous 105 kg warhead — up to 700 km. One of the FP-2 modifications also carries two guides with unguided S-5 missiles for hitting lightly armored targets directly during the flight to the main target.
Separately, the company announced the integration of artificial intelligence systems into both drones — although details about the role of AI in control are not disclosed for security reasons.
On the sidelines of the same exhibition, Fire Point agreed to integrate German Hensoldt radars into its own Freya air defense system.
