According to the co-owner and chief designer of Fire Point, Denis Shtilerman, quoted by Forbes, an application has even been submitted to the Antimonopoly Committee regarding this operation.
Stillerman claims that in 2024, Terek left Fire Point due to «different approaches» with other representatives of the company’s top management.
«Then we got together again and submitted a request to acquire her company for $26 million,» he explained.
Shtilerman did not name the company in question, but Forbes suggests that it is Falcon Technology LLC, founded in 2023, whose director and sole owner is Irina Terek.
According to YouControl, the company’s revenue for 2025 is UAH 180.8 million.
According to Shtilerman, Fire Point has not received a response from the AMCU regarding this application, but the company will submit a new application.
«Iryna terminated this agreement because time was up. We are in the process of reviewing the price,» he added.
As Shtilerman explained, the aforementioned company of Irina Terek provides Fire Point with services for the development of R&D products.
