Ukrainian Flamingo missiles with a range of over 3,000 km are already in mass production.
This was reported by photojournalist Yefrem Lukatsky, posting a photo of this missile.
He also added that the missile was manufactured at the Fire Point facility.
At the same time, after the publication of the photo, the specialized publication Defense Express analyzed that «Flamingo» is almost 100% likely the FP-5 missile from Milanion Group, which is twice as powerful as the Tomahawk in terms of flight range and warhead size and is intended for mass production.
«Despite the fact that nothing except the name and range was specified, this is enough for specialists. Because there are not so many such cruise missiles in the world in principle. In particular, the range of 3,000 km, which is actually twice as much as in the modern version of the Tomahawk Block V, still flies over 1,600 km. And in the photo, with a huge degree of probability, is the FP-5 cruise missile, which was demonstrated publicly, and the tactical and technical characteristics have been announced,» the publication notes.
Defence Express recalls that a model of this missile was demonstrated by Milanion Group at the IDEX-2025 exhibition held in the UAE in early February 2025.

Public characteristics of the FP-5, or «Flamingo»
«Given the announced characteristics of the Flamingo and FP-5, as well as the appearance of both missiles, including the fact that they are large cruise missiles with a fixed straight wing and the placement of the engine above the fuselage, no alternatives are visible,» the publication concluded.
On the positive side, Milanion Group claims to be able to produce over 50 such missiles per month. The company also claims that the missile uses satellite navigation that is resistant to electronic warfare, as well as an inertial system.
It is noted that Milanion Group is headquartered in the UAE, but back in 2021 it signed a cooperation agreement with a fairly powerful Ukrainian defense company.
Recall that as of June 1 , Ukraine’s missile program for 2025 was 47% complete. At least, that’s what Deputy Minister, Brigadier General Anatoly Klochko, claimed.
As dev.ua wrote, according to the director of the Center for Army Research, Conversion and Disarmament, Valentin Badrak, the domestic ballistic missile Sapsan demonstrated a speed of Mach 5.2 (1,769.5 meters per second) during tests, which is significantly higher than that of the American ATACMS missiles (Mach 3 or 1,500 m/s) and closer to the speed of the Russian Iskander-M (Mach 6, or 2,100 m/s).
