«We created a product that essentially helps to „measure yourself,“ that is, to „digitize yourself,“ so that a person understands: here are my strengths, here is my behavior model, here is my potential — and here is how to realize it,» FRACTAL founder Artem Borodatyuk described the application.
In the Underground Standup podcast,he said that the FRACTAL PLUS application was created by FRACTAL’s AI director, Serhiy Sauta, alone in just a few months. The company estimated that if a team had worked on the application, its creation would have cost about $500,000.
«FRACTAL PLUS doesn’t just show test results, it helps integrate them into daily decisions — from choosing a job to managing stress. The application literally helps fulfill FRACTAL’s HR motto «become the best version of yourself,» explained Serhiy Sauta, project developer and CAIO of FRACTAL.
The application’s features include 16 tests to create a digital personality profile, resume analysis, automatic selection of relevant vacancies, and course recommendations.
As a result of completing all 16 stages of personality digitization (this will take about 2 hours in total), the user receives a digital profile and a personal development roadmap.

The team started with FRACTAL group vacancies and courses, but promises that over time, new tests, vacancies, and professional development courses from partner platforms will constantly appear in the application.
The application is already available in the App Store and Play Market. All user information will be stored on Google Cloud servers, passwords and other user data are not available to the developers of the FRACTAL PLUS application.
