Tonti Laguna Group (TLG), a hybrid venture capital firm within the FRACTAL IT ecosystem, has acquired a stake in LOCATION, a video production studio specializing in commercial and YouTube content creation. The company has become the 30th business within the FRACTAL (ex-Netpeak Group) IT group.

LOCATION's operational management will remain with Oleg Reshetnyak, co-owner and CEO of the company, who will work in partnership with Elizaveta Cherednychenko, CEO of Tonti Laguna Group. The parties are not disclosing financial details of the agreement through an NDA.
"We continue to complete the FRACTAL ecosystem - now we can create content for YouTube for the group's companies and for the group's companies' clients, which will bring them even more customers. This is another small step towards helping Ukrainian businesses in lead generation - thanks to video content this time," emphasized Artem Borodatyuk, founder of the FRACTAL group of IT companies.
As a result of the deal, Tonti Laguna Group gains video production within its own ecosystem, and LOCATION gains a partner that strengthens its capabilities for scaling and further development.

LOCATION is a full-cycle video production and creative studio for filming. The company has its own popular filming space in Kyiv with 12 shooting zones. Every month it releases over 100 large-format videos: interviews, podcasts and travel projects, as well as short formats for social networks.
The LOCATION team works with the following projects: “Secret Ingredient” (MHP), “White Balance”, “Search for Balance”, “Blackberry Ice Cream”, the podcast “Get Out and Get In Normally” with Dasha Malakhova, as well as the OSA.Semenchenko, MAMAZLIT channels. The team’s portfolio includes documentary works with millionaire bloggers: RAMINA in Afghanistan and Dmytro Varvaruk in the front-line Chasovy Yar, which the LOCATION team accompanied from preparation to filming and editing.

For example, one of the studio's clients attracted two leads worth UAH 5 million, investing UAH 45,000 in video production. Another YouTube channel, which LOCATION is involved in, increased its business revenue from YouTube 10 times in a year, the number of views 300 times, and received the YouTube Silver Button," the press release says.
Recall that in November, Fint8 co-founder Anton Shulyk announced the sale of his share of the CFO service to the FRACTAL group and his exit from the company's operational management.
