“Earlier this year, we were the first to give users the ability to edit images with artificial intelligence right in their hands with AI Studio. Building on positive user feedback, we are expanding these capabilities in the Gemini app,” the company said in a blog post.
Now in Gemini you can change the background and objects, add elements, etc.
For example, you can upload a personal photo and ask Gemini to generate an image with a different hair color.
All images created or edited by artificial intelligence using Gemini will contain an invisible SynthID digital watermark.
The company is also experimenting with adding a visible watermark to all images created by Gemini.
Image editing in Gemini will begin rolling out gradually starting today, and will be available to users in more than 45 languages in most countries over the coming weeks.
The number of active users of Google's Gemini AI chatbot has increased almost 4-fold in 5 months and reached 350 million monthly active users worldwide.
Recall that Google has made Audio Transcription in NotebookLM , which converts documents into podcasts, available in Ukrainian.
