General Chereshnya and American Wilcox Industries create a joint venture in the USA

The partnership is based on the exchange of key advantages of both parties. Ukrainian developers provide unique combat experience and technological developments gained in conditions of intense combat operations, while the American corporation provides a powerful scientific, technical and production base.
"This is a big and wonderful agreement that will allow us to combine Ukrainian experience with American technological expertise. We are glad that we have a unique opportunity to jointly build production facilities that will produce the latest means of protection and destruction. First of all, we focus on interceptor drones as a flagship product," said Yaroslav Hryshyn, co-founder of General Chereshnya.
The joint venture will be focused primarily on the American market and fulfilling orders from the US Department of Defense, but supplies to other countries are also being considered.
To meet the strict legal and security requirements of the United States, the parties have agreed to:
Localization of production: components for drones will be manufactured on American territory.
Blue UAS certification: products must fully comply with this standard, which is a critical condition for drones to be approved for official use by US government and military agencies.

The initiative is currently entering the phase of official approvals. By the time the joint venture is fully legally registered, the partners must receive support from the state leadership and relevant specialized institutions.
Previously, General Chereshnya developed a new interceptor drone, General Chereshnya AIR Speed. As the company notes, this is a separate development of the General Chereshnya AIR line of interceptor drones.
