GlobalLogic has announced a key leadership change in Europe. Yulia Shtukaturova, a leader with over 17 years of experience at GlobalLogic and a recognized technology expert, has been appointed head of the European region.
GlobalLogic has announced a key leadership change in Europe. Yulia Shtukaturova, a leader with over 17 years of experience at GlobalLogic and a recognized technology expert, has been appointed head of the European region.
Yulia Shtukaturova's IT background is supported by a PhD in mathematical modeling and computational methods. Throughout her career, she has focused on digital transformation, business development strategies, and the development of the media, telecommunications, and energy industries, the company reports .
“I am excited to take on the role of Head of GlobalLogic’s European region. This promotion comes at a challenging time – as the world faces economic and geopolitical challenges, and GenAI is rapidly transforming industries. I look forward to leading our incredible team, helping clients adapt, innovate and thrive in this changing environment,” Yulia wrote on LinkedIn, taking up the new position on May 1.
Yulia Shtukaturova began her career at GlobalLogic in 2008 as an Account Manager. During this time, she also held the positions of Senior Project Manager, Director of Engineering, Associate Vice President, and Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to her appointment as head of the European region, Yulia worked as Senior Vice President of Engineering since 2021.
Julia’s LinkedIn profile states that she has over 20 years of experience in digital product development, AI/ML, and large-scale software solutions. She specializes in leading global engineering teams (over 3,000 people, over $250 million) that drive digital transformation and business growth.
She also notes that she is an active supporter of women in leadership positions and strives to mentor the next generation of technology leaders.
