In the US, Spark is available to all Google AI Pro subscribers ($20/month). The tool is also rolling out globally to Google AI Ultra subscribers ($100–200/month) except in the EEA, Switzerland, the UK, and Nigeria. New users who have access to Spark should check for support in their native language, Engadget writes .
Spark is powered by Gemini 3.5 and is deeply integrated into Google Workspace apps. Users can assign tasks to Spark from the Spark page, either through the sidebar on a computer or by selecting the task menu item on a mobile device. There, they can simply enter the task they want Spark to complete.
For example, you can instruct it to check your email and calendar every morning and tell it what to prioritize. Spark can also automatically draft responses to emails from specific people or summarize long correspondence. Users can also use Spark to create detailed reports in Google Docs based on meeting notes and emails.
Recall that in the July update , Google released the Spark desktop application for Mac, introduced new integrations with popular services (Canva, Dropbox, and Zillow), MCP support, and real-time topic monitoring.
