Ukrainian defense-tech company General Chereshnya has announced the integration of a cruise control system for radio-controlled FPV drones. It will be added to future drones.
«Gradually, all General Chereshnya drones will be produced with this system. And this does not affect the cost of the drone», the company noted.
The manufacturers explained that cruise control will provide a more stable flight without jerks, maintain speed and altitude, and make the drone operator’s work easier. The system will also save battery power and reduce the load on the motors due to the absence of current surges.
General Chereshnya added that cruise control will also help drones pass through electronic warfare countermeasure zones.
Previously, the company developed a new interceptor drone, the General Chereshnya AIR Speed. This is a more compact and faster platform from the General Chereshnya AIR drone series.
