The reason for closing the proceedings is «due to the lack of sufficient evidence confirming the commission of a violation by this business entity.»
Recall that on August 8, Pleacity decided to fine Dev Ukraine LLC (dev.ua) for violating advertising legislation in the amount of UAH 4.8 million. The announcement of the fight with Usyk, which mentioned the GGbet brand, was in question.
