Anna Falinska, an Engineering Manager at IT, says that quality is the most important thing in such a situation. «If the code passes review and testing, and the company rules, compliance, intellectual property, etc. are not violated, then I shouldn’t be concerned about how he creates it. If something is wrong, then communicate like with any developer who is not coping,» she is convinced.
