Ukrainian product company HOLYWATER has announced a major rebranding and name change to HOLYWATER TECH. The move is supported by a strategic agreement — the company has acquired Ukrainian studio Jeynix, which specializes in advanced AI technologies in visual effects.
As Scroll.Media reports, the parties are not disclosing the financial details of the agreement, but it is known that the key technical team of Jeynix is being fully integrated into the HOLYWATER TECH structure.
Jeynix Studio was founded in 2025 by Yevhen Nemyr and quickly gained recognition for its introduction of artificial intelligence into professional VFX processes. The team’s main expertise is creating hyper-realistic effects, working with facial animation (face matching) and lip sync (lip synchronization).
Jeynix technologies allow for changing the visual sequence while maintaining the naturalness of the acting and facial expressions. For HOLYWATER TECH, this opens up new possibilities:
Quality enhancement: creating cinematic-quality content even on small budgets.
Speed: Accelerate production iterations.
Localization: Adapting content for foreign markets (including dubbing with facial expressions) will now take just a few days.
«The level of visual truthfulness and acting preservation demonstrated by Jeynix has become unique for us. The integration of this expertise allows us to reinvest production budgets in higher quality and consistent performance across our entire portfolio of projects,» said HOLYWATER TECH Co-Founders and Co-CEOs Bohdan Nesvit and Anatoliy Kasyanov in a statement about the deal.
In 2026, HOLYWATER TECH raised $22 million in the sector’s largest investment round outside Asia, led by Horizon Capital. The company also has strategic partnerships with media giants, such as producing 200 original series with FOX Entertainment and creating 40 projects with Dhar Mann Studios .
