He said this during the discussion panel «Wartime Leadership», NV.ua reports.
«You know, there was no computer era in China. They were behind for a long time, and then they immediately found themselves in the post-computer era, when Internet traffic through mobile devices is higher than through laptops. They skipped a step in evolution. And it seems to me that we now have the same opportunity due to the development of artificial intelligence and the fact that the technological world is changing very much,» said Gorohovsky.
The co-owner of Monobank noted that he has high hopes that Ukraine will be able to make this leap.
When asked about the changes that monobank had undergone during the full-scale war, Gorohovskyi expressed the opinion that they had «become much more reliable.» He also added that the company’s level of social responsibility had changed significantly.
As dev.ua wrote, Head of AI at MacPaw Volodymyr Kubitsky assessed the plans of the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov that by 2030 Ukraine should enter the top three countries in terms of the level of integration and implementation of AI solutions.
At the same time, the Ministry of Digital Affairs is in no hurry to submit a draft law on regulating artificial intelligence. It is planned to begin its development only in 2027.
