As a result of the cyberattack, a large amount of databases was destroyed and special software was installed, Ukrinform reports, citing its own sources.

As a result of the operation, access to Gazprom's information system was disabled for system administrators (about 20,000 sysadmins), and software was installed on the servers, which will subsequently destroy the information system's data.
In addition, the following were destroyed:

Recall that in January, specialists from the GUR cyber group already attacked Gazprom . The DDOS attack on the digital infrastructure of Russian companies was aimed at the online services of enterprises that support the activities of the Russian occupation army.
