For the second time in recent months, cyber experts from the Main Intelligence Directorate have hacked the occupiers' servers in temporarily occupied Crimea. Among the intelligence data obtained are information about the illegal movement of Ukrainian children, lists of military personnel, official correspondence of the so-called "government", and much more.
As a result of the cyber operation, the GUR received 100 TB of intelligence data, LIGA.net reports , citing an intelligence source.
The data contains a large number of documents on the illegal movement of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, their “guardians” and places of residence. All this information was passed on to law enforcement agencies for the investigation of war crimes.
Also received were lists with personal data of Russian military personnel and their relatives, lists of prisoners and the dead, decisions on payments of so-called funeral expenses to the families of the killed occupiers, and applications requesting the allocation of land plots on the peninsula.
In addition, the data includes official correspondence and working documentation from the ministries of occupied Crimea. In particular, some files confirmed the fact of a shortage of fuels and lubricants after strikes on Russian oil refineries.
