Igor Prykhodko has over 23 years of experience in the banking sector and non-banking financial institutions. He joined the NovaPay team in 2016. During his time there, the top manager became one of the key architects of the service's development, participating in the creation of a number of new financial products.
In 2022, Prykhodko voluntarily joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in combat operations. After completing his service, he returned to the company and continued working in a management position.
"My task is to maintain this pace and ensure that the company's strategy does not remain on paper, but is embodied in the team's daily decisions. We will continue to develop digital products, scale the payment infrastructure both in Ukraine and abroad, and implement new financial solutions," the new CEO commented on his appointment.
Co-founder of the NOVA group of companies, Vyacheslav Klymov, for his part, emphasized that Igor's many years of experience at NovaPay and deep understanding of business processes will help the company successfully move to a new stage of development.
The previous CEO of NovaPay, Igor Syrovatko, left his position at the end of March by mutual consent of the parties. His stay in this position turned out to be short-lived. Syrovatko headed the company on September 12 of last year. It was after his dismissal that Igor Prykhodko temporarily took over the duties of CEO, which are now officially assigned to him.
At one time, Syrovatko replaced Andriy Kryvoshapko as head of NovaPay , who had worked in this role for almost 10 years, and in the structures of Nova Poshta for over 20 years.
In addition to Syrovatko, Chief Innovation Officer Oleksiy Ruban, who was responsible for NovaPay's technological development for the past eight years, left the company this year .
