According to the developers, the new product should solve the problem of the digital divide. According to statistics, a significant part of Ukrainian small businesses still do not use CRM systems, relying on manual accounting in spreadsheets, calendars or messengers.
"Small businesses often switch to system accounting not when they see the benefits of digitalization, but when manual work starts to cost money. A missed entry is a lost client, an error in payment or reporting is a financial risk. Up to this point, the table seems free. In fact, its price is the owner's time and errors that he is forced to control himself," explained Bohdan Yankiv, the author of tax and legal content for sole proprietors.
The functionality of "Vchasno.Business" allows entrepreneurs to keep records, set up automatic reminders for clients, fiscalize payments, control financial flows and work with employees. The platform is positioned as a universal solution that adapts to various areas - from the beauty industry and service stations to e-commerce. In the future, the developers plan to add tools for warehouse accounting and payroll.

He will not spend weeks figuring out a new system, even if he understands that it is needed.
