«Indeema strengthens its expertise in artificial intelligence! Today we are pleased to announce that Indeema has acquired Perfsol, a software development company known for its expertise in artificial intelligence-based solutions,» Indeema Software reported on its social networks.
The company noted that Perfsol’s expertise in artificial intelligence will complement its IoT (Internet of Things) hardware, firmware, and software expertise.
In September, it became known that Indeema Software and Vakoms, two companies from the InSoft.Partners portfolio, announced a merger. After the merger, the brand retained the name Indeema Software, and the strategic focus shifted to the development of IoT and Embedded systems.
The head of Indeema told Scroll.media that unlike the previous deal, the situation with Perfsol is about a takeover.
«Together under the Indeema brand, we are paving the way for new opportunities in automation based on artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, and unmanned aerial vehicle technologies that connect the physical and digital worlds. After all, the future of engineering is in intelligent technologies,» the company noted.
The amount of the Perfsol deal is not yet known, but the startup’s founders will become minority partners in the new business. Perfsol employed about 40 people — they will join Indeema in full, which thus expands its staff to over 220 professionals.
