MITS Capital investment group launches Danish-Ukrainian defense company

MITS Industries will become an investment platform for the Ukrainian defense technology market and strengthening European security, writes Defender Media.

The company is registered in Denmark, but with offices in Copenhagen and Kyiv. It will unite leading Ukrainian manufacturers from five key segments:

• unmanned ground vehicles (UGV);
• counter-drone technology;
• unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
• unmanned surface and underwater vehicles (USV/UUV);
• electronic intelligence and warfare (SIGINT & EW) systems.

MITS Industries will unite over 1,000 employees from Ukrainian companies in their respective fields. Initially, its membership will include:

• Tencore , one of the world's leading manufacturers of unmanned ground robots;
• Infozahyst, a large Ukrainian manufacturer of electronic intelligence (SIGINT) systems with over 20 years of experience;
• Unwave , one of the largest Ukrainian manufacturers of electronic warfare systems;
• The manufacturer of the UAV, whose name has not yet been disclosed.

MITS Capital will act as the project coordinator and minority investor. The main financing will be provided by institutional investors from Denmark and other countries. The amount of investment in the project is not disclosed at this time.

The founders of the alliance expect MITS Industries' total revenue to exceed $200 million in 2026.
