For the first eight months of this year, Ukrainian exports of IT services brought in $4.46 billion, which is 4% more than last year and corresponds to the indicators of the same period in 2023. However, this is still 9% less than the record level for the first 8 months of 2022, Opendatabot reports .
The IT sector remains a key driver of services exports, accounting for 41% of the total of $10.9 billion (which increased by 6% compared to last year).

For the first eight months of 2026, total exports of goods and services from Ukraine remained almost at last year's level and amounted to $35.8 billion.

The bulk of this amount — 70% ($24.9 billion) — is provided by exports of goods. At the same time, IT services account for 12% of the total, that is, almost every eighth dollar of the country's export revenue.
