Beetroot Academy is currently accepting applications for its second round of free IT courses for IDPs and other vulnerable categories of Ukrainians.
Swedish-Ukrainian EdTech company Beetroot Academy announced the second recruitment within the project «Resilience: Building a Sustainable and Inclusive Labor Market in Ukraine» for those who want to acquire a new profession in IT for free. What is required to participate in the program.
Swedish-Ukrainian EdTech company Beetroot Academy announced the second recruitment within the project «Resilience: Building a Sustainable and Inclusive Labor Market in Ukraine» for those who want to acquire a new profession in IT for free. What is required to participate in the program.
«True to our mission to help build successful careers in the IT sector, we are announcing the second intake for our courses,» Beetroot Academy noted .
The Resilience curriculum is delivered online, with instructor support, and includes hands-on assignments, real-world cases, and job preparation. It includes technical and non-technical IT courses, as well as career guidance and job search assistance.
Participants will be able to choose from the following areas: Front-End, Python, Project Management in IT, HR, QA Manual, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Business Analysis.
You can apply:
Internally displaced person (IDP).
A person who has returned from abroad or from other regions (returnee).
Member of a large family (three or more children under the age of 17).
Single mother or father with child/children under 17 years of age.
A person with a disability or a guardian of a person with a disability.
Unemployed / person from an economically vulnerable household (income up to 3600 UAH per person).
«At the final stage of selection before enrollment, students must provide a document confirming their status,» Beetroot Academy notes.
You can apply by May 14 at the link. Training will begin in June with the HR Generalist and Project Management in IT courses.
