IT courses in Ukraine are losing popularity - study

The peak period for training was 2022, according to the Digital Tiger study, prepared by the IT Ukraine Association.
The largest number of completed courses was in 2022 — 129,100. Already in 2023, the number of graduates who completed their studies was 116,700, and in 2024 it was 105,600.
At the same time, according to the research description, 21 companies participated in the survey, so these figures do not characterize the entire market.
By the way, the most frequent dropouts were those students who chose technical majors — 71,4%, while only 28,6% of non-technical majors dropped out. The most popular stacks were Python, QA (testing), UI/UX design, Java, Project Management, Data Management, SMM, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and PPC.
