All agents acted separately, but had one common supervisor from the Russian special services. Their main task was to collect coordinates for the location of Defense Forces units, the SSU reports .
Among those detained is a 35-year-old IT specialist who, under the guise of setting up the Internet for clients, asked them about the locations of Ukrainian troops.

Three more suspects — a 23-year-old loader from a local market and two unemployed men who went around the city and recorded the locations of the desired objects. All agents were recruited by the enemy through Telegram channels.

To prepare «reports,» the attackers marked potential targets on Google Maps and added a detailed description of the area to the screenshot.
Mobile phones containing evidence of FSB employment were seized from the suspects. They are being held without bail. They face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
We recently reported on another IT specialist from Kostyantynivka who was preparing coordinates for shelling the city. In exchange for intelligence, the Russian military offered him close relations.
