According to the local prosecutor's office, in November 2024, a Cherkasy resident developed a copy of the mobile application - the electronic account of a conscript called "Reserve+".
He then sold this fake application on Telegram along with electronic military registration documents with false information about a deferment from military service, namely, a reservation.
According to the investigation, he sold a copy of "Reserve+" to at least 20 men, who were thus able to avoid mobilization.
On June 24, 2025, the man received a notification of suspicion of committing the above-mentioned criminal offenses. The issue of choosing a preventive measure is currently being decided.
