According to the case materials, he was discovered by a border guard at a distance of 12 km from the state border line on the territory of the Zelenska Autonomous District of Verkhovyna District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region. According to the border guards, he committed an administrative offense.
The person who is being held administratively liable did not appear at the court hearing twice. However, he provided written explanations in which he stated that, together with another person, he intended to illegally cross the state border from Ukraine to Romania for the purpose of family reunification.
Having examined the materials of the administrative offense case, the following conclusion should be reached.
The court found the programmer guilty of committing an administrative offense and imposed an administrative penalty on him in the form of a fine of UAH 8,500. The IT professional was also ordered to pay a court fee of UAH 605.60 in favor of the state.
The resolution may be appealed within ten days from the date of its issuance to the Ivano-Frankivsk Court of Appeal by filing an appeal through the Verkhovyna District Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
