«In the summer of 2025, electricity prices for businesses during the evening peak hours, when users make the most calls and use the Internet, increased by 60%. The cost of fuel, which is necessary for the operation of generators, as well as for engineers to travel to locations, maintain and repair equipment, has also increased, and inflation and exchange rate changes have affected the cost of services. That is why the terms of some tariffs, which have not changed for over a year, are being updated,» the company noted .
According to the operator’s announcement, from September 24, 2025, for subscribers of the LOVE UA Svitlo 2023 tariff, the cost will be 300 UAH for 4 weeks, and with Supersila Economy — 225 UAH for 4 weeks.
From October 1, 2025, for contract subscribers, the cost of the LOVE UA Contract tariff will be 250 UAH/month.
The company reports that it is possible to increase the volume of tariffs without additional charges. «Increase the volume of the tariff — you can double certain services offered in the tariff within three months without additional charges, and for the LOVE UA Contract tariff, connect a package of 25 GB and 250 minutes,» the company notes.
Subscribers also have access to «Superpowers», which allow them to expand services of their choice without additional charges: Kyivstar TV, roaming, additional GB and many other individual advantageous offers, which can be updated monthly in the «My Kyivstar» application.
The operator promises to send SMS notifications to subscribers affected by the changes at least 7 days before the tariff update.
