The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted permission to Kyivstar PJSC to acquire control over MTPK LLC, a company that owns the online medicine booking service Tabletki.ua.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) reported this on Facebook.
Kyivstar submitted its first application back in November of last year. The AMCU returned it, stating that it did not meet the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Considering Applications. In February 2025, the company tried again, and was again refused .
This received permission was the third attempt. But initially the Antimonopoly Committee stated that it was necessary to investigate more deeply how this acquisition would affect competition, since Kyivstar is the owner of the Helsi online services.
According to Forbes Ukraine, the value of Tabletki.ua could be $30–80 million.
