At the first stage, companies can already order connection and activation of services, while the delivery of the terminals themselves will begin in the near future.
Telecommunications operator Kyivstar has officially launched the sale of Starlink high-speed satellite Internet services for corporate clients and government institutions. At the first stage, companies can already order connection and activation of services, while the delivery of the terminals themselves will begin in the near future.
This was reported on the company’s official website. The start of sales was made possible thanks to the authorized distributorship agreement, which Kyivstar and Starlink signed on May 6, 2026.
The service is aimed at large corporations, industrial enterprises, medium-sized businesses, as well as medical and educational institutions that need guaranteed backup connectivity. Customers are promised priority access to the network with download speeds of up to 324 Mbps and availability at 99,9% every month. If the speed traffic limit is exhausted, the connection will not be interrupted, but the speed will decrease to 1 Mbps for download and 0.5 Mbps for upload.
For business users, cashless payments in hryvnia will be available with the provision of a full package of financial documents, which simplifies accounting and procurement. The cost of services is calculated at the official NBU exchange rate, including VAT. A mandatory condition for activation is verification of the terminal through the «Diya» portal to include it in the «white list».
The operator offers two tariff lines depending on the geography of use.
Recall that at the end of April , Kyivstar received permission from the regulator and began testing Light Data, the next stage of Starlink Direct to Cell technology. The first stage made it possible to send SMS without a terrestrial network, and the next allowed messengers and OTT applications to work via a satellite channel.
