Kyivstar has announced changes to the cost and names of Starlink satellite internet tariff plans for corporate clients and government organizations. The updated terms will come into effect on November 1, 2026.
As the company explains , the changes are part of Starlink's global policy to update the tariff model aimed at developing satellite infrastructure and increasing network reliability and availability.
The Local Priority line will change its name to Business.
The Global Priority line is being renamed Global Business.
Updated prices will depend on the selected tariff and territory of use (in Ukraine or abroad). The calculation of the cost in hryvnia is carried out taking into account VAT (20%) and the official exchange rate of the NBU (as of 10/15/2026 — 44.9801 UAH/USD). The final amount in the invoices will be adjusted according to the NBU exchange rate on the date of issuance with mathematical rounding to 0.05 UAH.
The amount of traffic included in the tariff packages remains unchanged.
Kyivstar will publish a full list of updated prices on its official website .
Corporate clients who do not agree with the new tariffs and plan to discontinue using the service must notify the operator by October 30, 2026 inclusive, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. For all additional questions, subscribers are recommended to contact their personal managers at Kyivstar.
