Military-tech company Logics7, a manufacturer of fire training simulators, has transferred the rights to manufacture its products to a new company. From now on, all combat training solutions will be released under the new brand — L7 Simulators.
The owner of Logix 7 Ukraine, Igor Belov, has completed an agreement to transfer the rights to produce combat simulators and related software to a group of companies L7 . The process of preparing and legally formalizing the agreement lasted more than half a year and included the transfer of rights to licenses, certificates, and intellectual property.
From now on, one of the group’s companies, L7 Industry, will become the official manufacturer of combat training simulators. The products will be manufactured under the new brand L7 Simulators, which replaces the well-known market brand PSS by Logics7.

About building a strong structure that is able to respond to challenges that change every day,» the newly appointed CEO of the L7 group’s management company, Olena Dushyna, reported on LinkedIn.
