Combat simulators from the Ukrainian manufacturer L7 Simulators have undergone the codification procedure and have been officially included in the NATO catalog with their own nomenclature numbers. This applies to the company's entire product line - from individual fire training systems to collective combat complexes.

The obtained manufacturer status will allow the company to codify all its future developments according to the Alliance's procedures.

Compliance with standards and official procurement

The assignment of the NATO code confirms the compliance of the technical characteristics of Ukrainian simulators with the declared standards and recognizes them as a subject of supply in the unified accounting system of the Alliance. This decision opens up the opportunity for L7 Simulators to officially participate in government procurement both in Ukraine and in NATO member states.

The company received its first code in the Alliance system back in December 2024 for the UNITS complex system. Currently, the L7 Simulators line includes over 50 types of simulators and is constantly expanding.

International negotiations and export potential

The Ukrainian brand's products are already attracting interest in foreign markets. During the international defense industry exhibition MSPO 2026 in Kielce, the founder and strategic advisor of L7 United, Igor Belov, reported on negotiations with potential partners from Europe, the Baltics and the Middle East. Currently, the agreements are at the stage of legal review in accordance with the export control procedures of Ukraine.

"NATO codification forms a common technical language with our allies. It confirms that each of our simulators meets Alliance standards and is compatible with its systems. This is one of the steps that brings us closer to the cooperation that we are now waiting for," Igor Belov emphasized.

Reference

For over 7 years, L7 Simulators has been developing high-quality and detailed combat ecosystem simulators, created in close cooperation with the military and tested in combat training. The company independently closes the entire cycle: from the concept and development of software to the physical production of large-scale mock-ups, the creation of a training methodology and the simulation of combat scenarios. A wide selection of combat equipment and the ability to customize scenarios provide an individual approach to the training of each serviceman.

All the company's products are developed in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and are integrated into a single UNITS ecosystem. The simulators also have NATO codification and meet the standards of the alliance. The tools are used to train units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies: in total, more than 500,000 soldiers have already been trained on L7 simulators, of which more than 70,000 have been trained free of charge in the company's own training center.
