lifecell promises to freeze tariffs for two years for those who change operator

From December 15, 2025 to February 15, 2026 (inclusive), subscribers who port their number from other operators to lifecell and connect one of the popular «Maxi» or «Mega» tariffs can take advantage of the promotional offer and fix the unchanged cost of a 4-week service package for two years — until February 15, 2028. You can port your number to lifecell within one business day if you submit an application by 10:30 a.m. (except Fridays and weekends).

To participate in the promotion, new MNP subscribers need to activate one of the tariffs at a special discounted price.

• «Maxi» tariff — 190 UAH for four weeks;
• «Mega» tariff — 350 UAH for four weeks.

Step-by-step instructions for number porting and detailed terms of the «STOP price for two years» promotion are available on the lifecell website .

1. After using the first 50 GB (100 GB in the «Mega» tariff), the speed of Internet traffic will be up to 1 Mbit/s, without limiting its volume until the end of the paid service package for four weeks.
2. Timely payment is considered to be payment for a four-week service package no later than one day after the end date of the validity period of the previous four-week service package.

As a reminder, Kyivstar announced changes to some tariffs due to the increase in the cost of servicing base stations due to power outages.

Earlier, Vodafone announced that it is introducing the «Roaming like at home» principle into its tariffs on the eve of Ukraine’s accession to the single EU roaming space. Ukrainian subscribers will be able to use tariffs in EU countries without additional charges.

In addition, the mobile operator lifecell decided to terminate some tariffs from December 15. In order not to lose access to international roaming, users will need to switch to other packages, which will include a certain amount of mobile Internet traffic in the EU at no additional charge.

Recall that in the summer, the European Commission agreed to grant Ukraine a «roaming visa-free regime.» This will allow Ukrainians not to pay for roaming when making phone calls and using mobile Internet in the EU.
