Ukrainian IT holding Linkos Group has created an ecosystem of digital solutions for business over the past 25 years: from accounting services to cloud signatures. dev.ua spoke with company representatives and tells how Linkos Group products work.
Linkos Group is a powerful player in the Ukrainian technology field, combining deep expertise in building solutions for the public sector with the development of innovative products for business digitalization. The company offers a comprehensive approach that allows Ukrainian enterprises to automate their operational activities on a turnkey basis.
Linkos Group brings together over 500 developers with unique expertise in the field of electronic document management and development of corporate information systems.
Particularly valuable are Linkos Group's audit solutions, created according to European Union standards, which are already integrated into Ukrainian government services. Among them is the system of automatic exchange of tax information between jurisdictions, which works fully automated and increases the transparency of banking transactions.
"We have achieved significant success in automating document flow processes. In this direction, we are ahead of some EU countries," emphasizes Ruslana Tilevna, Director of the Business Analysis Department.
Company products
Linkos Group offers several product lines covering key aspects of business digitalization.
Medoc
Medoc is a software solution used by enterprises of all sizes for electronic document management without restrictions and submission of reports (declarations, tax invoices) to regulatory authorities.
The product supports over 20,000 different types of reporting forms. Medoc is a desktop solution that is installed on the client's premises and provides high data security.
Among the advantages are stability, security, adequate price (prices are fixed per year, without charging for the number of documents), as well as timely release of updates in case of changes in legislation. The company said that this solution is used by hundreds of thousands of legal entities and individuals.
"The price is set for a year and does not change. The most important thing is that there is no charging for documents, no matter how many of them have passed through the system - even 10 documents or a million," Linkos Group notes.
At IT Arena 2025, visitors first saw the updated Medoc logo and simplified spelling of the program name, which emphasizes the task of the developer company Linkos Group to develop the product through simple, understandable benefits and modern updates.
SOTA
SOTA combines several browser-based products that allow you to digitize your business from anywhere in the world. The platform includes SOTA.CASH for fiscalizing checks, SOTA.REPORT for electronic reporting, and SOTA.EDO for exchanging legally significant documents.
It is worth noting separately SOTA.TTN - an electronic freight bill, which is part of the all-Ukrainian project for the digitalization of transport documentation.
“Every driver who transports cargo has a whole stack of documents. They are often lost or damaged, which adds to the hassle for drivers. SOTA.TTN takes over the paper history and the driver does not have to worry about finding the necessary documents. Moreover, now SOTA.TTN is gradually being integrated into the inspection system of inspectors, who will be able to immediately view all the necessary data using only the car number without the driver’s participation in this process ,” said Linkos Group engineers.
Cashalot
Cashalot is a comprehensive software register of settlement operations (PRRO), which provides the user with an office where inventory accounting and sales analytics are maintained. Cashalot simplifies work with checks and immediately sends client payments to the State Tax Service. Fiscalization of prepayments, postpayments and office cash transactions occurs without a bulky cash register and meets the requirements of the legislation.
The engineer responsible for the product emphasizes its real-time functionality: “As soon as the check is registered, it automatically goes into the account and the quantity of products is immediately debited. This means that the user can quickly monitor their available goods in real time.”
CloudKey
CSK "Ukraine" from Linkos Group is a qualified provider of electronic trust services . CloudKey is a cloud storage of a qualified electronic signature (QES) on the secure infrastructure of Linkos Group, with the password known only to the user.
This allows you to sign documents from anywhere in the world and on any device (from phone to computer). You can obtain CloudKey remotely using verification via "Diya".
According to the representative, about 20% of users choose a cloud solution, and among commercial providers, CSK "Ukraine" from Linkos Group is the largest market player.
“The main advantage is convenience. You don’t need to carry a flash drive with you, or keep a file key on one device and transfer it between devices. Everything is on our secure server,” explained a Linkos Group specialist.
