The department notes that this is a Ukrainian-made drone with compact dimensions. This allows it to be transported on a car trailer or in the back of a military pickup truck or minibus. Despite its size, it can carry up to a quarter of a ton of cargo.
The NRC «Lyutik» has a sealed body, isolated from dust and moisture, and can operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures. The traction force of the electric motor and the tracked chassis allow it to move off-road, over swamps, sandbanks, and overcome shallow ditches and low vertical obstacles.
The «Lyutik» drone can perform a wide range of tasks. Among them: transporting cargo, personnel, evacuating the wounded, etc. The complex can also be used as a mobile platform for combat modules.
Earlier, the importance of logistical NRCs was drawn to the attention of the commander of the separate regiment of unmanned systems «K-2» Kyrylo Veres, who spoke about the experience of successful evacuations of wounded soldiers with their help. He stated that he wanted to draw the attention of other commanders to this topic, and for this purpose he registered an account on X (Twitter) and promised to write posts on social networks more often.
Also, recently, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade conducted the first-ever successful confirmed assault on enemy positions using only aerial and ground drones. Operators from the DEUS EX MACHINA company even managed to capture prisoners using a ground-based robotic complex.
Let us recall that in the winter of this year, the Ministry of Defense codified and allowed the «Witcher» drone to be operated in units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
