Lviv IT Cluster, together with Wiseboard, launches M&A Accelerator, which will help IT companies prepare for attracting investments
Lviv IT Cluster, together with Wiseboard, launched the M&A Ready Acceleration Program — the first practical M&A accelerator in Ukraine, which will help IT companies prepare for attracting investments, strategic partnerships, or business sales.
This is not an online course or a consulting session. It is a hands-on program with support, regular status rounds, in-depth business analysis, and preparation for the real market.

This is not an online course or a consulting session. It is a hands-on program with support, regular status rounds, in-depth business analysis, and preparation for the real market.
The M&A Ready Acceleration Program is designed for IT company founders who want to get the most value from a deal — not only financially, but also strategically. The accelerator's goal is to increase the company's investment attractiveness, ensure the maturity of processes and functions, and prepare it for future M&A.
Who is the program for?
The initiative is being implemented as part of the M&A Office project. It is designed for companies with teams of 20 to 150+ people who are considering a partial or full exit within the next 12-24 months.
The program is also suitable for those who are not yet planning to sell their business, but are looking to increase the company's market value, improve operational efficiency, or prepare for scaling. For teams that feel they have reached a growth ceiling, participation in the accelerator will be an impetus for qualitative changes and preparation for various strategic scenarios. All stages will be implemented in the format of a deep partnership between the company, Wiseboard experts, and the M&A Office team of the Lviv IT Cluster.
What does it involve?
The program includes:
comprehensive audit of the company: finances, legal status, structure, team, clients, processes;
developing a clear transformation roadmap;
implementing changes in all key functions of the company together with domain experts, where necessary;
validation of results - at this stage, experts assess the achievement of set goals, the quality of implemented solutions, and the updated investment attractiveness.
“Our goal is to help Ukrainian IT companies exit deals not weakened, but on the contrary, stronger. This accelerator is designed for in-depth, high-quality and strategic training. We are not just intermediaries - we work with businesses side by side, as true partners,” says Iryna Rudenko, Head of the M&A Office of the Lviv IT Cluster.
In addition, the organizers emphasize the change in approaches to growth: today, even small companies (up to 100 people) in Ukraine are starting to buy smaller companies or assets, as organic growth slows down, and inorganic strategies become a development tool.
"The main goal of the joint program is to provide businesses with a competitive advantage in a stagnant market. An aggressive environment requires new and difficult management decisions. Therefore, it is important to have someone nearby who will help overcome challenges and successfully get out of the slump," comments Artur Fedorenko, founder of Wiseboard.
